CISE Malawi which happens to be a coordinating body for Good Deeds Day Malawi attended a conference on Promoting Volunteerism and Exchanges in Africa in the Context of the Agenda 2030 and African Union’s Agenda 2063 which will take place from 23 to 25 October 2019 in Kigali, Rwanda.
The event led to creation of a joint platform that will be facilitating dialogue around people engagement through volunteering in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs, based on the recognition that citizen engagement, ownership and participation through volunteering are integral parts of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
