CISE Malawi welcomes international volunteers from around the world. While volunteers are often students completing an internship, they are sometimes professionals, retired people, youth, or simply those who want to try something different from “normal life” back home! Volunteer placements can range from a few weeks to a few years.
Volunteers can work in a number of different areas: Sports Coaching, IT Training, Environmental Conservation, Child Care, Communications, Administration, Gender Equality, and programme-specific work (for example, HIV/AIDS or child labour). The most successful volunteers at CISE are self-motivated, can develop and implement new initiatives with little supervision, and strive to communicate well across cultures.

Volunteer Sending Organizations
The easiest way to volunteer with CISE is to work with a partner organization in your home country that coordinates volunteer placements. A volunteer sending organizations that CISE currently works with is below. If you are unable to connect with a partner organization or there is not yet a partnership in your country, please contact CISE directly at cisemalawi@gmail.com
